1. SSO | Single sign on
1.1.The customer can access the Single Sign On system from the following options:

- OTP
1.2.The customer is responsible for the security of the registration number, digital signature and banking rights to be used in the Single Sign On
1.3.When logging into the system with a registered mobile phone number, a six-digit verification code will be displayed on the screen
1.4.The client sends the verification code specified in Section 1.3 to the special number displayed on the screen for verification.
1.5.The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the confirmation code message.
1.6.If the customer needs to change their registered mobile phone number, the system will enter the relevant information in the phone number change section.
1.7.Logging in to the SSO with another customer account is prohibited.
1.8.If the customer loses his mobile phone, loses his banking privileges, or loses his digital signature token device, he is responsible for the loss of information related to him from the system.
1.9.In case of access with a digital signature token device, use the "ESIGN" client program.
1.10.Illegal transfer or use of digital signature token is prohibited.
1.11.A citizen of Mongolia who has reached the age of 16 can log in to the identity login system on his own.
2. Personal information
2.1.The authorized government agency will contact the data controller about the accuracy of the information coming out of the SSO and the "XYP" state information exchange system.
2.2.The customer's personal information and data related to service requests will be stored in an electronic archive in accordance with the law.
2.3.The customer is responsible for the privacy and security of his/her information for access to the SSO.
2.4.The customer has the right to refuse to use the SSO or to close his access.
3. Notice
3.1.According to the Public Information Disclosure Act, if the user organization obtains the customer's information, the customer will be notified.
3.2.The customer is responsible for reading the notification received.
3.3.The Customer shall also be notified of the same in the event that personal information is obtained from the SSO.
4. SSO use and service
4.1.The system will keep a log of your access to the SSO and the history of any actions taken to prevent unauthorized use of your information.
4.2.SSO reserves the right to change the terms of service and will inform about this through the website and other information delivery channels.
4.3.Technical improvements, changes and updates may be temporarily suspended.
4.4.The SSO is not responsible for any damages caused by damage to the system or server of the organization responsible for the information or the information supplier.
4.5.In the case of paid services from the authentication system, the customer is responsible for the connection costs.
4.6.The cost of sending a VERIFICATION code to the SSO from the registered mobile number is the responsibility of the customer.
